About the role
Role Overview
You will work as a Back End Developer helping to train and evaluate AI chatbots/models. The work focuses on assessing model progress, reviewing logic quality, and solving coding problems to improve overall output quality.
Responsibilities
- Create coding challenges for AI chatbots and evaluate their responses
- Assess AI-generated outputs for correctness and performance
- Solve backend-style coding problems (e.g., similar to LeetCode/HackerRank) and explain how your solution works
- Improve the quality of AI models through systematic evaluation and debugging
Requirements
- Proficient in Python and/or JavaScript
- Able to solve coding problems in at least one language: JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, or Swift
- Strong algorithms and data structures knowledge
- Debugging skills and detail-oriented approach
- Fluent English (native or bilingual)
Nice to Have
- A Bachelor’s degree (current/in-progress/completed)
Compensation & Work Setup
- Remote (independent contract)

- Paid hourly starting at $50–$100+/hr, with bonuses for high-quality/high-volume work
