About the role
Role Overview
Back End Developer to help train AI models by creating and evaluating coding challenges for AI chatbots.
Responsibilities
- Provide AI chatbots with coding challenges.
- Evaluate AI outputs for correctness and performance.
- Improve model quality by analyzing logic and solving problems.
- For each coding problem, explain how your solution works.
Requirements
- Proficiency in either Python and/or JavaScript.
- Ability to solve coding problems (e.g., LeetCode/HackerRank) using at least one of: JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, or Swift.
- Detail-oriented approach.
- Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows.
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
Nice-to-haves
- Bachelor’s degree (current/in progress/completed) preferred but not required.
Contract & Location
- Remote position (independent contract).
- Must be located in the United States.
Compensation
- Paid hourly up to $60 USD/hour, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work.
- Payment via PayPal.
