About the role

Role overview

You will work as a Back End Developer to train and evaluate AI chatbots/models. The role involves both running coding challenges and assessing the quality of AI outputs to improve model performance.

Responsibilities

Create and assign coding challenges to AI chatbots
Evaluate AI outputs for correctness and performance
Assess model logic and debug/solve problems to improve model quality

Requirements

Proficient in Python and/or JavaScript
Strong ability to solve coding problems (e.g., LeetCode/HackerRank) in at least one of: JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, or Swift
Ability to explain how solutions solve the given coding problems
Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Detail-oriented approach
Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows

Nice to have

A current, in-progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required)

Work model & compensation

Remote (choose which projects you work on; independent schedule)
Independent contract position
Paid hourly up to $60 USD/hour, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work
Payments via PayPal; applicants in the United States only
