About the role

Role Overview

Back End Developer to help train AI models. You will create and evaluate coding challenges for AI chatbots, assess the correctness and performance of model outputs, and debug/solve problems to improve model quality.

Responsibilities

Give AI chatbots coding challenges and evaluate their outputs
Assess AI-generated results for correctness and performance
Solve coding problems and explain how your solutions work

Requirements

Proficient in at least one programming language: Python and/or JavaScript (required)
Strong ability to solve coding problems (e.g., LeetCode/HackerRank) in one of: JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, or Swift
Ability to explain how solutions solve the given problems
Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Detail-oriented approach
Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows

Nice to Have

A current, in-progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

Work Setup & Compensation

Remote
Full-time or part-time; choose your own schedule
Paid hourly up to $60 USD/hour with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work
