About the role

Role Overview

You will join the team to train and evaluate AI chatbots/models by creating and assessing coding challenges and measuring model progress.

Responsibilities

Give AI chatbots coding challenges and evaluate their outputs
Assess AI model quality for correctness and performance
Solve coding problems and be able to explain how your solutions work
Contribute to improving the quality of each model

Requirements

Proficient in at least one programming language, such as:
- Python and/or JavaScript (required)
- Plus experience with at least one of: JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, Swift
Ability to solve coding problems (e.g., LeetCode/HackerRank style) and explain solutions
Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Detail-oriented approach
Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows

Nice to Haves

A current, in-progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred, not required)

Contract & Work Details

Remote position (full-time or part-time)
Independent contract work
Hourly pay up to $60 USD/hour, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work
Payment via PayPal; projects are chosen by you and you can work on your own schedule
