About the role

Role Overview

Back End Developer to help train and improve AI models by evaluating AI chatbot outputs and performance. You will create and/or assess coding challenges and then use your programming skills to judge correctness and quality.

Responsibilities

Give AI chatbots coding challenges and evaluate their outputs
Assess AI-generated results for correctness and performance
Solve coding problems and explain how your solutions work
Improve model quality through problem-solving and evaluation feedback

Requirements

Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript
Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
Strong experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows
Ability to explain how solutions solve each coding problem

Preferred Qualifications

A current, in-progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree

Working Conditions

Remote (full-time or part-time)
Choose your own projects and schedule
Independent contract role
Paid hourly (with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work) via PayPal
