About the role

Role Overview

Join DataAnnotation as a Back End Developer to help train AI models. You will create and assess coding-oriented tasks for AI chatbots and evaluate model outputs to improve quality and performance.

Responsibilities

Create AI chatbot coding challenges and evaluate the chatbot’s outputs
Assess AI model responses for correctness and performance
Solve coding and logic problems and improve training/evaluation quality

Requirements

Proficient in at least one of: Python and/or JavaScript
Comfortable solving coding problems (e.g., LeetCode, HackerRank) and explaining how your solution works
Proficient in at least one programming language among: JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, or Swift
Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Detail-oriented with experience in algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows

Nice to Have

A current/in-progress/completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred, not required)

Contract & Work Details

Remote position; you can choose which projects you want
Work on your own schedule
Paid hourly up to $60 USD/hour, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work
