Role overview

As a Back End Developer, you will help train AI chatbots/models by evaluating how they perform and solving coding challenges to improve model quality.

Responsibilities

Create and assign coding challenges for AI chatbots
Evaluate AI outputs for:
- Correctness
- Performance
Analyze logic and solve problems to improve model quality

Requirements

Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript
Ability to solve coding problems (e.g., LeetCode, HackerRank) in at least one programming language such as:
- JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, or Swift
Ability to explain how solutions solve the problem
Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Detail-oriented approach
Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows

Nice to have

A Bachelor’s degree (current/in progress/completed preferred but not required)

Compensation & logistics

Remote (full-time or part-time)
Independent contract role
Hourly pay up to $60 USD/hour with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work
Paid via PayPal (no money requested from applicants)
US-only applicants
