About the role

Role Overview

You’ll work as a Back End Developer to help train and evaluate AI models (AI chatbots). Your focus will be measuring progress, evaluating logic, and solving problems that improve model quality.

Responsibilities

Create coding challenges for AI chatbots and evaluate their outputs
Assess AI model results for correctness and performance
Solve coding problems (e.g., LeetCode/HackerRank) and explain how your solution works

Requirements

Proficiency in at least one programming language, specifically Python and/or JavaScript
Experience solving coding problems and explaining solution reasoning
Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Detail-oriented work style
Strong fundamentals in algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows

Nice to Haves

A current, in-progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred, not required)

Compensation & Work Details

Remote (full-time or part-time)
Independent contract role
Hourly pay up to $60 USD/hour plus bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work
Payments via PayPal; schedule flexibility and ability to choose projects
