About the role
Role Overview
Senior Product Manager (B2B) for ScholarshipOwl for Business, an early-stage brand platform that helps brands engage Gen Z via performance-driven scholarship campaigns. You will own product growth and help shape the go-to-market strategy, partnering closely with Sales in a lean, cross-functional environment.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute the B2B product and go-to-market strategy (0→1)
- Define the product’s role across customer acquisition, activation, and expansion
- Partner with Sales to drive demand, qualify leads, and support a hybrid sales + product-led GTM motion
- Translate business goals into strategies that generate qualified leads, accelerate pipeline, and grow B2B revenue
- Own B2B product strategy, roadmap, and prioritization
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with sales, engineering, and design
- Run continuous product discovery with internal and external stakeholders
- Identify AI-powered opportunities to improve campaign creation, targeting, and analytics
- Improve onboarding, targeting, segmentation, and campaign performance UX
- Validate and deliver a new campaign model
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience with strong B2B background
- Experience in early-stage/ambiguous product environments
- Track record of product-led growth and/or close work with Sales/Marketing
- Strong strategic thinking and roadmap ownership
- Hands-on continuous product discovery in B2B contexts
- Comfort using tools such as Mixpanel, HubSpot, and Notion
- Fluency with lean development, fast iteration, and cross-functional execution

- Background in marketing tech, adtech, or demand generation platforms
