Role Overview

AWS Solutions Architect (Java) for a remote opportunity with a top technology client.

Responsibilities

Design and architect scalable, high-performance Java applications in AWS cloud environments
Develop and implement microservices-based architectures
Collaborate with developers, testers, and cross-functional teams to improve:
- system performance
- reliability
- maintainability
Define and enforce architectural standards, best practices, and design patterns
Oversee system integrations across multiple platforms and services using RESTful APIs

Requirements

10+ years of software development and architecture experience with strong Java focus
Proven experience designing and deploying applications on AWS
Strong expertise in microservices architecture and distributed systems
Hands-on experience with RESTful API design and system integrations
Proficiency with Maven or Gradle

Compensation & Benefits

$60/hr on W2
