AWS Solutions Architect (Full Remote)

Role overview

Lead and support customer cloud engagements focused on AWS architecture. You will advise on architectural and strategic IT decisions, design scalable and resilient solutions, and educate customers on AWS best practices.

Responsibilities

Lead technical workshops and architectural advisory sessions
Design scalable, resilient AWS cloud architectures for application build, migration, and deployment
Provide AWS technical design and thought leadership, including best-practice education for successful cloud deployments
Support pre-sales architecture to help drive sales and customer outcomes
Work with internal teams to ensure quality and customer success
Capture and share knowledge with AllCloud’s technical experts community

Requirements

Ability to structure business, product, and technical challenges
Strong customer-facing and presentation skills; comfortable speaking with executives, IT management, and developers
Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
Minimum 10 years enterprise IT application experience, including at least 5 years hands-on work in software development, DevOps engineering, systems administration, or systems architecture
Significant experience in infrastructure architecture, database architecture, networking, and security
Proven history of successful technical consulting and architecture engagements with large-scale customers/enterprises
Demonstrated ability to architect and implement solutions on AWS
AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate
Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to collaborate across internal/external organizations

Nice-to-haves

AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional
AWS Certified SysOps Admin – Associate
Experience in software development or Internet industries
Technical degree (e.g., B.Sc. Computer Science)
Experience leading/developing enterprise-scale distributed applications using modern software development practices
