AWS Practice Architect AI/ML (Remote Fulltime)

Role overview

Practice Architect, AI/ML (AWS) — Leadership role responsible for managing multiple consulting and delivery projects/programs. You will provide consulting and delivery assurance for AI/ML-focused services, including engagement management, resource and deliverables planning, and customer interaction.

Responsibilities

• Engagement support (post-sales): help transition newly won deals and partner with Delivery to start and deliver projects according to portfolio guidelines.
• Engagement delivery: drive transition/setup of the engagement operating model; define metrics; support delivery aligned to the statement of work; identify opportunities to improve services.
• Practice support: contribute to design/development improvements of service offerings and back-office procedures; support R&D of new offerings and competitive analysis; maintain practice artifacts (methods, processes, delivery tools).
• Human resources: support interviewing, hiring, and onboarding during initial engagement phases.
• Pre-sales support (as needed): provide technical opinions, methodology recommendations, work estimates, and solution support to Solution Architects/Executives.

Required/ideal skills

• Deep expertise in AWS Cloud Services.
• Microservices and Serverless architectures.
• AI/ML solutions and cloud-native development.
• CI/CD and DevOps.
• Strong presales, delivery, and operational excellence experience.

Logistics

• Remote delivery to North American customers; occasional on-site work (rare).
• Travel up to 25%.

Nice-to-haves

• Ability to lead delivery for large, cross-functional, complex engagements or fully outsourced managed services programs.
