AWS MLOps Engineer (ML Engineer)

Join Concentrix’s Technical Products and Services team to help modernize and simplify customer experiences by delivering production-ready machine learning systems on AWS.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end ML lifecycle management, including:
  • Training and evaluation
  • Model registration, versioning, and lifecycle management
  • Deployment of ML models into production
  • Monitoring, performance measurement, and ongoing production support
• Build cloud-based ML systems and integrate them with CI/CD workflows.

Required Skills

• ML/MLOps (2+ years):
  • MLflow and/or Spark ML
  • Python and common ML libraries
  • Model training and evaluation
  • Model registration, versioning, and lifecycle management
  • Model deployment with CI/CD and GitHub Actions
  • Model monitoring and performance metrics
• AWS (2+ years):
  • Amazon ECS, Amazon ECR
  • Amazon API Gateway
  • Amazon RDS
  • Application Load Balancer
  • Amazon S3
• Backend & Data (1+ year):
  • FastAPI REST API development
  • SQL and relational data modeling
  • PostgreSQL
  • SQLAlchemy / ORM

Nice to Have

• Experience with Agentic AI
• Databricks (Unity Catalog, Jobs & Workflows, Access Management)
• Strong background in end-to-end production support for deployed ML systems

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $92,250–$120,000 plus incentives tied to individual and company performance.
