Role Overview

Atlassian Consultant (m/w/d) at MESKRU GmbH in Essen. You will advise customers on selecting and rolling out Atlassian tools and support them through configuration, workshops, and solution design.

Responsibilities

Customer consulting: Select and introduce Atlassian tools within customer organizations
Adaptation & configuration: Perform customer-specific configuration and evaluate potential extensions
Training & workshops: Teach employees how to use Atlassian tools through trainings and workshops
Requirements management: Create and document customer requirements together with stakeholders
Concept development: Develop solution concepts based on customer requirements
Troubleshooting: Solve complex customer problems

Requirements

Independent administration experience: Strong experience administering Jira, Confluence, or JSM
Customer-oriented mindset
Interest in digitalization and IT
Independent, methodical working style
Enjoy concept work and customer interaction
Teamwork, flexibility, and strong communication skills
Ideally: Atlassian certification for Jira, Confluence, or JSM
Education: Completed training or degree
Quick comprehension
Languages: Fluent German and English
