About the role

Role Overview

The Associate Solutions Architect supports clients in successfully implementing and adopting Lightcast data solutions. You will help clients operationalize APIs and Snowflake Data Shares, ensuring smooth onboarding, technical integration, and ongoing solution support in a remote role with proximity to the Boston area.

Responsibilities

  • Implementation & Activation
    • Work with Account Managers and pre-sale Sales Engineers to understand solution requirements.
    • Guide clients through technical implementation of Lightcast APIs and Snowflake Data Shares.
    • Configure environments, validate data delivery, and troubleshoot integration issues.
  • Technical Support & Optimization
    • Serve as a trusted post-sale technical resource for customer issues.
    • Clarify REST API payloads and recommend best practices for Direct Data Shares.
    • Help customers maximize the value of Lightcast.
  • Client Engagement & Communication
    • Lead onboarding kickoff meetings and facilitate ongoing technical working sessions.
    • Ensure clients understand and effectively adopt the solutions.
  • Revenue Protection & Growth
    • Partner with Account Managers to monitor client health, identify risks, and reinforce ROI to support renewals and expansion.

Requirements

  • 0–3 years of experience in technical, analytical, consulting, customer success, or other client-facing roles (internships included).
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical/analytical/business field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Foundational knowledge of APIs, SQL, and cloud data environments.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a client-first mindset.
  • Ability to read technical documentation and learn new tools quickly.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Python.
  • Familiarity with LLM tools and interest in using AI to enhance prototyping, documentation, and workflows.

Location / Remote Policy

  • Remote, but candidates must reside in or near Boston, Massachusetts.
  • Requires periodic in-person meetings with the hiring manager and/or team throughout the year.
