Associate Project Manager - Power

Role Overview

Associate Project Manager (Power) to lead small-to-medium Transmission and Substation projects for the Power Lifeline Sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead Transmission and Substation projects from initiation through close-out
• Manage project execution across scope, stakeholder management, schedule, budget, and quality
• Develop and implement project plans, including risk management and mitigation strategies
• Serve as the key project representative for clients and provide regular project status updates
• Monitor progress and take corrective actions to keep projects on schedule and within budget

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in project administration/management in an engineering or construction environment
• Proficient understanding of project management and project controls
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
• Ability to travel monthly for client facilities/field visits and client meetings (~25%)

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic technical knowledge to understand and coordinate solutions for complex challenges
• Certifications: PE, PMP, CCM, or equivalent (a plus)
• Relevant military experience considered for transitioning service members
