About the role
Role Overview
As an Associate Product Owner at CCS, you’ll support the vision, planning, and delivery of technology products and business process solutions. You’ll help build roadmap plans tied to strategy, ROI, and release planning, and coordinate work between teams and product stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Product Manager and Scrum team to implement and deliver the product vision
- Collaborate with department stakeholders to ensure expectations are met and needs are captured
- Support product vision and roadmap development with the Product Manager
- Manage the technology development backlog and support feature prioritization
- Translate product strategy into planned work and ensure requirements are captured, executed, and sequenced
- Incorporate feedback and requests into product planning and development
- Communicate project objectives in terms of strategic business objectives to stakeholders
- Assist with learning plans and stakeholder interviews to inform roadmap decisions
- Maintain confidentiality due to access to sensitive information
- Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, HIPAA, and Private Insurance regulations
- Maintain regular attendance and flexibility to meet departmental needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (or equivalent combination of education/experience)
- Preferred exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Ability to solve problems in a timely manner and develop alternative solutions
- Exceptional technical skills in MS Office (for analysis, reports, and presentations)
- Preferred: working knowledge of program/project management software
