Role Overview

Associate Product Manager (100% remote) at The Lifetime Value Co. You’ll own a key product vertical end-to-end, treating it like a startup within the company—shaping the vision, driving growth, and improving user experience and retention.

Responsibilities

Own a product vertical and drive its end-to-end strategy.
Define and execute the roadmap, prioritizing features and experiments to improve growth, engagement, and retention.
Lead cross-functional teams across design, engineering, marketing, and more to build, launch, and scale features.
Shape business models to maximize customer value and long-term retention.
Use data and user feedback to guide product decisions and measure success.
Monitor emerging AI technology and market trends to keep the product competitive.
Partner with leadership to align on goals, KPIs, and long-term vision.

Requirements

2+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or consumer subscription businesses.
Startup mindset: scrappy, proactive, and ready to take ownership.
Experience with AI-driven products or a strong interest in the intersection of AI and finance.
Strong analytical skills and ability to drive decisions with data.
Growth-focused approach with experience improving acquisition and engagement.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to wear multiple hats (product strategy, marketing, customer experience).
