About the role

Role overview

Solace is hiring an Associate Product Manager (full remote) to drive the day-to-day execution and performance of its healthcare product. You’ll work as an individual contributor, developing and executing product initiatives while partnering closely with engineering and design and reporting to the co-founder and Chief Product Officer.

Responsibilities

Drive day-to-day product execution and measure/improve product performance for the healthcare experience
Develop and execute product initiatives to improve customer perception, experience, and retention
Support engineering, design, and product management across Solace’s products

Requirements / Profile

Strong drive and willingness to fully commit to the mission
Creative, consumer-experience oriented mindset; ability to create delightful, consumer-oriented experiences
Excellent communication skills and cross-department collaboration ability
Comfort working in ambiguity and in fast-moving environments
Strong bias toward action and execution; thrives on momentum and ambitious timelines
Self-starter who takes direct ownership across a broad set of in-house initiatives
