Role Overview

Associate Product Manager (FT, W2) — Remote (United States)

CareTalk Health is looking for a hands-on Associate Product Manager to help build products and tools that power its virtual care model. In an early-stage environment, you’ll work closely with technology, clinical operations, marketing, and leadership across the full product lifecycle—turning ideas and feedback into clear requirements and helping drive initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate cross-functionally across technology, clinical operations, marketing, and leadership through the full product lifecycle (discovery → launch → iteration)
• Translate business goals, user needs, and stakeholder input into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Support the product roadmap: help prioritize work, track progress, and keep stakeholders aligned on what’s coming and why
• Conduct user/customer discovery, market research, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions
• Gather, organize, and analyze product data; help define and monitor success metrics
• Coordinate day-to-day delivery: participate in sprint planning, write/groom tickets, and unblock the team
• Collect and synthesize feedback from customers, clinical teams, sales, and customer success into the product process
• Document workflows, decisions, and processes to keep the team organized and aligned
• Contribute to go-to-market efforts with marketing and customer-facing teams

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in product management or a closely related role (product analyst, business analyst, program coordinator, or comparable cross-functional experience)
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across multiple departments
• Excellent written and verbal communication and strong organizational skills
• Ability to make data-informed decisions using product and analytics data
• Familiarity with Agile development practices and common product management tools
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, digital health, or virtual care
• Background in a startup/high-growth environment with broad responsibilities and ambiguity
• Exposure to B2B and/or healthcare product/service offerings
• Hands-on familiarity with tools such as Figma and Microsoft Project/Office (or similar)

• Must use a Windows or Apple computer (no Chromebooks, Linux, or smartphones) with Windows 10 or macOS 13+
• Wired headphones required
• Internet: minimum 50 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload, wired connection to router (ethernet)

• Video capability (webcam) required for video calls
