Associate Product Manager

Role Overview

Under the Director of Product Management, the Associate Product Manager will shape the strategic direction and execute key product initiatives for SaaS solutions serving healthcare and emergency/public safety organizations. The role blends product strategy with hands-on delivery, partnering with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Customer Success to solve complex business problems.

Responsibilities

• Establish and communicate a compelling product vision aligned with the company mission and market opportunities.
• Create and maintain a product roadmap balancing client-driven initiatives with long-term strategy.
• Own and continuously prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with roadmap commitments and strategic goals.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) to support consistent delivery and remove blockers.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to uncover pain points, validate assumptions, and identify opportunities.
• Define success metrics, track adoption/performance, and iterate using data and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Marketing, and Sales to support go-to-market strategy and product positioning.
• Advocate for scalable, product-first approaches over one-off customizations.
• Develop deep expertise as a subject matter expert for supported products.
• Monitor the competitive landscape and emerging technology trends to inform future enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or comparable area preferred.
• Proven experience in product management/product ownership in a SaaS environment (healthcare/public safety experience is a plus).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum, including sprint ceremonies and iterative delivery/backlog refinement.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Strong relationship management and ability to build authentic internal/external connections.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
