About the role
Role Overview
As an Associate Product Manager – Data Projects, you will join the Senior Care Advanced Insights Team to support data, analytics, and AI products. You will work closely with Engineering and Product to deliver a strong end-user and customer experience, while maintaining a healthy product backlog and supporting tactical execution with Product and Operations. You’ll partner with Senior Product Managers for mentorship and guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand overall company strategy and connect it to product strategy for your assigned scope.
- Become the product expert for your scope, including functionality and the value delivered to customers/users.
- Act as the voice of the customer for a scrum team (including engineering and UX) and help manage product-delivery ceremonies.
- Maintain a prioritized backlog and write user stories, acceptance criteria, and related artifacts to support engineering delivery.
- Continuously improve products and services.
- Identify, communicate, and coordinate the right stakeholders to manage risks effectively.
- Oversee the data-to-insight pipeline, including:
- data ingestion
- cataloguing
- normalization
- model training
- deployment
- Collaborate with engineering, data, and AI platform teams to ensure seamless data flow.
- Work with customers to support product-market fit.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a healthcare-related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in product management (or related), preferably in health tech SaaS.
Nice-to-Haves / Additional Signals
- Experience working in or with data/analytics/AI product teams.
- Familiarity with scrum ceremonies and product delivery practices.
