Associate Product Manager, AI

Role Overview

Associate Product Manager, AI at Wing Assistant / M32 AI. You will work directly with the CPO to build AI products from 0→1 in a hands-on, high-autonomy startup environment. The role blends product leadership, operational execution, and strategic support for the founding team, with rapid iteration and measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Own and shape product roadmaps and user stories, prioritizing features for seamless experiences and market validation.
• Partner with engineering, design, and PMs to prototype, test, and deploy capabilities in fast sprints.
• Create screencasts/product videos for new features to drive adoption.
• Own product marketing facets, including messaging, demos, and value communication materials.
• Collect user feedback, run market research, and analyze metrics to refine backlogs and improve retention.
• Build onboarding and enablement assets: onboarding guides, training resources, and playbooks (usage, operations, and recruitment).
• Shadow customer interactions, synthesize insights, and align with C-level priorities via dashboards.

Requirements

• Analytical, data-driven builder who translates patterns into product decisions and playbooks.
• Entrepreneurial operator comfortable with ambiguity; prototypes like a founder while coordinating cross-functionally.
• Hands-on creator with experience using video tools and design (e.g., Canva), plus SQL analytics and productivity stacks.
• Ability to vibe-code prototypes to help engineers and design understand.
• Clear communicator for stakeholder syncs, executive updates, and client-facing content.

Preferred / Nice-to-Haves

• Startup or consulting background in product/operations.
• Familiarity with 0→1 product launches.
• Proven playbook-building for onboarding, recruitment, or growth systems.
• Nice to have: interest or experience in UI/UX, AI, or software engineering.
