About the role

Role: Associate Instructor (BeyondTrust University)

The Associate Instructor is a junior instructional role focused on building foundational skills in technical training delivery and course support. You’ll work with senior Instructors and the Education team to learn BeyondTrust tools, platforms, and product knowledge, while developing learner engagement and curriculum support skills.

What you’ll do

Training delivery support
- Shadow and co-teach courses, progressively taking on greater delivery responsibility.
- Support training delivery to customers, partners, and employees under the guidance of Senior Instructors.
Learner engagement & feedback
- Help assess individual and group training needs for assigned courses.
- Collect and consolidate post-session feedback to improve course content and delivery.
- Build professional relationships with learners and stakeholders.
Learning & development
- Build knowledge of BeyondTrust software product lines and underlying technical concepts.
- Use knowledge channels such as KB articles, Teams chats, and technical documentation.
- Learn and apply team processes, instructional tools, and delivery platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams, LMS).
- Actively seek coaching and feedback from Senior Instructors.

What you’ll bring

Bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) or equivalent education + relevant experience.
0–2 years professional experience (internships, co-op placements, academic teaching, or related project experience).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable presenting/facilitating in groups.
Willingness and ability to learn technical concepts and enablement tools quickly.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Nice to have

Internship/co-op/academic experience in training, education, or instructional facilitation.
Exposure to software, SaaS, or cybersecurity environments.
Familiarity with IT principles, networking, or related technical subject matter.
Experience delivering virtually using Zoom/Teams (or similar).
