Associate Implementation Manager

Role overview

As an Associate Implementation Manager at Virta Health, you will help ensure the successful launch of Virta’s program with health plan groups and reseller/partner teams. This is a remote-first role supporting onboarding, implementation coordination, and stakeholder management.

Key missions

• Manage implementations for small and mid-market health plan groups; act as the primary operational contact during onboarding.
• Coordinate technical and operational launch requirements, including:
  • eligibility validation,
  • marketing readiness,
  • client configuration.
• Build trusted relationships with customer contacts, partner teams, and internal stakeholders to drive launch readiness and maintain Virta’s reputation as a reliable partner.

Requirements

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to identify risks, escalate issues appropriately, and deliver high-quality implementations.
• Technical and operational aptitude with areas such as data exchange, eligibility workflows, and healthcare integration.
• 2+ years of experience in implementation, client onboarding, or healthcare operations (ideally in digital health, health plans, or PBM partnerships).
• Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects with precision and accountability.
