Associate General Counsel

About the role

Join our team as an Associate General Counsel, where you will own and oversee the end-to-end contract lifecycle, advise business leaders on contractual risk and liability allocation, and serve as the company's primary legal owner of data privacy compliance. You will partner closely with various departments, support ongoing improvements to legal processes, and provide legal guidance on employment matters. Profile: - Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex legal issues into clear, actionable guidance - 8+ years of legal experience, including significant in-house experience in a technology or SaaS environment - Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school; active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction - Demonstrated expertise in commercial contracting and data privacy compliance, with working knowledge of employment law - Excellent judgment, communication skills, and ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, evolving organization
