Associate Delivery Manager

Role Overview

Join Nymbus as an Associate Delivery Manager (Agile). This is an early-career delivery/project management role where you build fundamentals in Agile execution, stakeholder coordination, and operational rigor.

Key Missions & Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and help reinforce Agile best practices.
• Track sprint commitments and maintain accurate delivery tracking.
• Coordinate tasks, dependencies, and handoffs across team members.
• Support adoption of standard delivery processes, tools, and cadences.
• Gather feedback to continuously improve delivery practices.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in delivery/project coordination areas.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Experience coordinating work, tracking tasks, or supporting project execution.
• Exposure to Agile or Scrum (via coursework, internships, or professional experience).
• Comfort working with delivery tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Clear, professional communicator; comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
• Growth-oriented, collaborative mindset with a bias toward helping teams succeed.
• Experience supporting software delivery teams in a SaaS/technology environment.

Nice-to-Haves

• Scrum Master / Agile certification (e.g., CSM, SAFe, or similar).
• Interest in AI-enabled tools to improve delivery efficiency and visibility.
