Associate Commercial Counsel

About the role

Join our high-velocity sales organization as an Associate Commercial Counsel. In this role, you will manage day-to-day customer-facing negotiations, partner with our North American and EMEA go-to-market teams, and help document, maintain, and modernize our contracting practices. You will have direct ownership of key commercial responsibilities and receive continuous guidance and mentorship from experienced legal team members. Key missions: Gérer les négociations avec les clients et soutenir les équipes de vente en Amérique du Nord et en EMEA.. Servir de gardien des pratiques de gestion du cycle de vie des contrats, en transformant l'administration des contrats en un service de gestion des données de haute valeur. Profile: - Experience using sales and contracting software (e.g. Hubspot, Ironclad, DealHub, Docusign) - 2+ years experience drafting, negotiating, and managing end-to-end B2B SaaS transactions and contract lifecycle management at a law firm, in-house or a combination of both - Experience supporting a SaaS sales organization across U.S. markets and/or internationally - Experience working cross-functionally with finance, revenue accounting, and deal desk teams - Experience working in a fully remote environment.
