About the role

Role Overview

Join VFN Holdings, Inc. as an Assistant Treasurer in a fully remote role with a clear path to promotion to Treasurer. You’ll own key parts of cash management, treasury controls, and debt/credit covenant compliance reporting, working closely with finance leadership, lenders, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure daily treasury management, including:
- Treasury positioning
- Liquidity forecasting
- Administration of bank accounts
Establish, document, and apply treasury controls, including:
- Payment approval workflows
- Banking operations
- User access administration
Manage compliance and reporting for company credit facilities, including:
- Covenant calculations
- Certificates and debt compliance reporting

Requirements

3–6 years of progressive experience in treasury, cash management, banking, or corporate finance
Strong understanding of cash management and liquidity forecasting
Solid communication skills and confidence interacting with lenders, auditors, and senior leadership
Strong Excel and analytical skills with strong attention to detail
Controls-oriented mindset and ability to work with ownership and ambiguity
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

Nice to Have

Exposure to credit facilities, covenants, or debt compliance reporting (and ability to deepen quickly)
