Role: Assistant Product Manager (Associate Product Manager – Core Product)

Responsibilities

Product Development

  • Define feature requirements with internal teams
  • Conduct customer discovery to understand user pain points
  • Help design and improve large-scale scheduling workflows (calendars, time zones, automation)
  • Contribute to feature launches and product improvements

Product Data & Insights

  • Track product usage metrics and translate data into actionable insights
  • Build dashboards to monitor feature adoption and product performance
  • Document complex product systems and cross-team application logic

Product Operations

  • Manage and prioritize product support tickets and feature requests
  • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog with clear definitions
  • Investigate, reproduce, and help drive resolution for complex customer issues
  • Support product workflows in Jira and assist with sprint planning

Collaboration

  • Act as a communication bridge across Product, Engineering, Design, and Customer Success
  • Ensure alignment as features move from idea to release

Requirements / Who You Are

  • Strong intellectual curiosity, especially about systems, AI, and how technology works
  • Strong ownership and accountability
  • Passion for data, insights, and measurable product impact
  • Comfort working in ambiguous environments with competing priorities
  • Self-starter mindset with strong attention to detail and organization
