Role Overview

Senior Project Manager (Architectural / Architecture + Interiors)

Remote role based in the Denver, CO, Greenville–Spartanburg, SC, or Charlotte, NC metro area. You will lead technically complex projects end-to-end, protect design intent, and strengthen delivery standards across the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technically complex projects from early design through construction administration.
• Manage project communication: clients, consultants, contractors, CEO, and internal teams (updates, meeting recaps, action items, decisions, and next steps).
• Provide primary technical QA/QC for drawings and deliverables, including:
  • Drawings, specifications, details
  • Code coordination
  • Consultant coordination
  • Constructability and documentation quality
• Manage schedules, budgets, and deliverables: consultant outputs, internal review dates, client decision points, project status, scope concerns, and potential additional services.
• Lead consultant coordination and construction administration, including:
  • RFIs, submittals
  • ASIs/addenda, field observations
  • Construction questions
  • Documented decisions and open issue tracking
• Coordinate and mentor team members (Project Architects/Designers and other assigned staff), holding the team accountable to deadlines, documentation standards, and quality expectations.

What You Bring

• Licensed Architect
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• 12+ years professional architectural experience
• 8+ years experience as a Project Manager leading technically complex architectural projects

Travel & Logistics

• Up to 30% travel based on project and firm needs.
• Airport requirement: must be located within 50 miles of a major airport serving the approved metro area.
• Relocation assistance not provided.

Compensation

• Denver, CO: $130,000–$140,000
• Greenville–Spartanburg, SC: $115,000–$125,000
• Charlotte, NC: $125,000–$135,000
• Annual discretionary bonus eligibility
• Final compensation depends on metro area, experience, skill set, and qualifications.
