Architectural Project Manager

Role Overview

Architectural Project Manager (Remote) Manage multiple concurrent architectural projects, coordinating deliverables, consultants, clients, and permitting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and on-time delivery
• Produce and oversee full sets of CDs and permitting deliverables
• Handle RFIs, site visits (including upfront verification), and punch lists
• Coordinate construction drawings for bid, permit, and client review, including managing and implementing revisions
• Prepare and manage submittal packages to permitting agencies
• Coordinate outside consultants and vendors (civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing)
• Support client billing and monitor project profitability
• Manage daily activities for Project Associates and Interns
• Lead construction administration, client updates, and internal team coordination
• Conduct or attend site surveys, prepare survey reports, and manage post-construction compliance
• Perform/review code analysis and ADA compliance documentation
• Attend municipal planning and zoning meetings and prepare response letters to comments from outside drawing review

Requirements

• Professional Retail or Restaurant experience
• Professional degree in Architecture
• Architectural licensure preferred
• LEED accreditation preferable
• Proficient in Revit and/or AutoCAD
• Basic experience with rendering software
• Strong oral and written communication and customer service skills
