Architectural Project Associate

Role Overview

Architectural Project Associate for a nationwide commercial architecture firm (remote).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and compile full sets of construction documents (CDs), including permitting deliverables.
• Support the project lifecycle with RFIs, site visits/upfront verification, and punch-list coordination.
• Coordinate construction drawings for bid, permit, and client review, including tracking and preparing revisions.
• Coordinate with outside consultants and vendors (civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and client vendors).
• Conduct code and permitting research.
• Attend site surveys and prepare survey drawings and reports.
• Prepare responses to address comments from drawing reviews.
• Create design development presentation drawings.
• Communicate professionally with clients and follow/design standards while collaborating with the team.

Requirements

• Professional commercial experience, specifically with retail design.
• Professional degree in Architecture.
• Proficient in AutoCAD (Revit is a plus).
• Basic experience with rendering software.
• Strong oral and written communication and customer service skills.
• Dependable, deadline-driven, detail-oriented, and able to take direction from a supervisor.

Nice to Have

• Revit experience.

Salary

• $55,000 - $65,000 per year
