Architectural Project Associate

Role Overview

Architectural Project Associate for a commercial architecture firm. This is a remote role supporting nationwide clients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare full sets of construction documents (CDs), including permitting materials
• Manage RFIs, site visits and upfront verification
• Support construction punch-list work and city/permitting meetings
• Coordinate and prepare construction drawings for bid, permit, and client review
• Coordinate revisions and collaborate with outside consultants/vendors (civil, structural, MEP, etc.)
• Perform code and permitting research
• Attend site surveys and produce survey drawings and reports
• Draft responses to review comments from external drawing reviews
• Create design development presentation drawings

Requirements

• Professional commercial experience, specifically retail design
• Architecture degree
• Proficient in AutoCAD (Revit is a plus)
• Basic experience with rendering software
• Strong oral and written communication and customer service skills

Compensation

• $55,000 - $65,000 per year
