About the role
Role Overview
Architect/UX Designer (Remote, occasional onsite)
You will lead user experience strategy, design, and implementation for Market Access integrated workstation solutions, partnering with business stakeholders, BI developers, business analysts, and GenAI developers to deliver intuitive, streamlined UI experiences.
Responsibilities
- Review and understand existing systems across functions and user personas, including unmet needs and gaps.
- Gather requirements and user feedback for emerging integrated workstation solutions.
- Define the connected solution strategy and UX vision by user persona, including workflows for AI-enabled alerts, task tracking, and user preferences.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for interfaces including Neo4J, Power BI, OutSystems, and custom ReactJS UIs.
- Ensure dashboards are visually clear, accessible, and optimized for UX—turning complex data into actionable insights.
- Collaborate with developers to validate technical feasibility and iterate UI/UX designs.
- Conduct usability testing and improve designs based on user feedback.
- Establish and promote UX/UI best practices, templates, and design standards.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and project teams.
- Potentially create training decks/videos for user rollout.
Requirements
- Proven experience in integrated solution architecture and UX/UI design (preferably in Pharmaceutical/Healthcare).
- Experience designing AI-enabled UI solutions, including workflow integration and task management.
- Strong portfolio with relevant work (highly valued: OutSystems, Neo4J, Power BI, custom dashboards/React).
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma or Sketch.
- Solid understanding of data visualization principles and ability to translate complex data into clear visual stories.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of accessibility and responsive design.
- 8–10 years designing integrated UI solutions for multiple user groups.
- Basic understanding of data models and analytics workflows.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
