About the role

Role Overview

Architect (Remote) at Dynatrace. You will work with enterprise clients to deploy the Dynatrace platform at scale, assess and design solutions, and provide guided implementation support. You’ll also collaborate with product engineering teams and contribute to coding and solutioning.

Key Missions / Responsibilities

Assess and design Dynatrace solutions for extreme scale customer environments.
Provide guided implementation assistance for deployments.
Lead skilled engineering staff of customers and get hands-on to help isolate major performance issues.
Share best practices, lessons learned, and customer-facing guidance with wider consultancy teams.
Collaborate with product engineering teams and contribute via coding and solutioning.

Requirements

Experience designing and delivering solutions for enterprise-scale environments.
Strong ability to diagnose and isolate performance issues.
Ability to work cross-functionally with customer engineering teams and internal product teams.

Nice-to-Haves

Familiarity with cloud operations / observability technologies and deployment at scale.
