Architect

Role Overview

You will work as an Architect for a Detroit-based client on a remote basis (no subcontracting). The consultant is expected to be willing to work as a W2 employee.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect enterprise-scale applications, including delivering and supporting them.
• Apply architecture frameworks and methods to guide solution design.
• Demonstrate the ability to build and sustain professional networks in complex enterprise environments.
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders using strong interpersonal, negotiation, and influence skills.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in information technology, systems architecture, systems design, and/or systems engineering.
• Demonstrated experience developing, delivering, and supporting enterprise-scale applications.
• Understanding of and experience applying architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, DoDAF (certifications are a plus).
• Strong interpersonal skills: ability to debate, negotiate, influence, and collaborate.
• Bachelor’s degree.

• Relevant certifications such as RCAP, TOGAF, ITIL, PMP.
