Architect

Role Overview

Insurity is seeking an experienced Architect to lead the design and evolution of Bureau content, rates, and forms across Insurity’s Policy Administration systems. The role focuses on enabling innovation, operational excellence, and differentiated customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Innovation Leadership
  • Collaborate with senior technical leaders to design and deliver innovative functionality for Insurity’s Bureau offerings.
  • Evaluate existing processes, tools, and technologies in partnership with Product and R&D to implement enhancements that improve speed to market.
  • Oversee ideation and development of new functionality for Circ, ensuring high standards of quality and performance.
  • Explore emerging technologies and innovative concepts to identify growth and transformation opportunities.
  • Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging and recognizing new ideas across teams.
• Technology
  • Participate in SDLC estimation and development for highly complex assignments.
  • Investigate, assess, and run proofs of concept for new technologies to determine best fit for cost, skills, and company needs.
  • Evangelize new technologies to stakeholders.
• Product Architecture
  • Champion design and development roadmap decisions.
  • Define and evangelize product roadmap vision with stakeholders.
  • Ensure enhancements align with the design philosophy.
  • Identify solutions that leverage new technologies and keep offerings current.
  • Represent the company as a technical expert with business partners (customers, prospects, partners).
• Design
  • Determine technical solutions to support product and architectural direction.

Requirements

• Experienced architect-level background leading design and evolution of complex systems (implied).
• Ability to lead cross-functional architectural decisions with Product/R&D and stakeholders (implied).
