Role Overview

Stibo STEP MDM Architect (Remote - United States) Design, architect, and drive technical delivery of Stibo STEP MDM solutions, ensuring implementations follow best practices and deliver high-quality, scalable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, architecture, and technical delivery of Stibo STEP MDM/PIM solutions.
• Facilitate cross-functional delivery by guiding project team members through STEP delivery activities.
• Lead requirements gathering and high-level design workshops.
• Partner with business analysts to define to-be business processes using industry standards and best practices.
• Define data governance strategy (policies, roles/responsibilities, processes, controls, rules).
• Produce detailed design documents, including data migration approach.
• Define technical specifications for workflows and business rules.
• Configure, build, and unit test STEP components (data structures, roles, workflows, portals).

Requirements

• 12+ years experience implementing Master Data Management (MDM) solutions.
• Strong, hands-on Stibo STEP MDM/PIM expertise (configuration, integration, deployment).
• Stibo STEP MDM/PIM implementation experience is required.
• Experience with at least 3–4 full lifecycle Stibo STEP MDM/PIM implementations.
• Deep understanding of Product, Supplier, and Customer data models.
• Strong customer-facing experience and the ability to manage and lead across functions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team facilitation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
