Role Overview

ServiceNow Platform Architect (Contract, Remote - USA)

Work hours: Must be willing to work in EST or CST time zone.

Responsibilities

Lead ServiceNow architecture and implementation across enterprise platform components.
Provide executive-level technical leadership, advising business and technology stakeholders.
Conduct technical design reviews to ensure scalable, consistent platform solutions.
Define and enforce platform governance, architecture standards, and strategy.
Oversee CMDB architecture, data quality, and operational excellence.
Guide ServiceNow integrations and platform integration architecture.
Support large-scale enterprise environments through consulting/managed services delivery.
Lead cross-functional teams in a consulting/managed services context.

Requirements

20+ years overall IT experience.
Extensive ServiceNow architecture and implementation expertise.
Strong experience across:
- ITSM
- CMDB
- CSDM
- SACM
- Discovery & Service Mapping
Expertise in ServiceNow integrations.
Proven experience with platform governance and architecture standards & strategy.
Experience conducting technical design reviews.
Strong background in CMDB architecture, data quality, and operational excellence.
Experience providing executive-level technical leadership to stakeholders.
Consulting/managed services experience leading cross-functional teams.
Experience supporting large-scale enterprise environments.
