Architect CAD & Construction Documentation - Remote

Role Overview

Architect CAD & Construction Documentation (Contract, Remote) You will create and manage detailed architectural and engineering documentation packages, including floor plans, elevations, CAD drawings, electrical schematics, and PCB-related layout work.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed floor plans and elevation sets based on project requirements.
• Develop comprehensive CAD drawings for architectural and engineering purposes.
• Produce GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) callouts for manufacturing documentation.
• Create and annotate multi-sheet electrical schematics according to industry standards.
• Design and review PCB layouts, incorporating manufacturability and functionality best practices.
• Collaborate via remote exchanges to clarify requirements and resolve technical questions.
• Deliver thorough documentation packages aligned with project milestones and quality expectations.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of recent experience in architectural CAD and construction documentation.
• Proficiency with industry-standard 2D/3D CAD tools.
• Proven ability to generate and interpret GD&T callouts and complex schematic diagrams.
• Experience developing multi-sheet electrical schematics and integrating PCB layouts within building projects.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multi-document sets.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Background collaborating on remote, cross-functional projects (a plus).
