Role Overview
Contract CAD & Construction Documentation Architect (Remote) supporting architectural, engineering, and documentation deliverables across building-related projects.
Scope of Work
- Create detailed floor plans and elevation sets based on project requirements
- Develop comprehensive CAD drawings for architectural and engineering purposes
- Produce accurate GD&T callouts for manufacturing documentation
- Prepare and annotate multi-sheet electrical schematics to industry standards
- Design and review PCB layouts, applying manufacturability and functionality best practices
- Collaborate via exchanges to clarify requirements and resolve technical questions
- Deliver thorough documentation packages aligned with project milestones and quality expectations
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of recent experience in architectural CAD and construction documentation
- Proficiency with industry-standard 2D/3D CAD tools
- Proven ability to generate and interpret GD&T callouts and complex schematic diagrams
- Experience creating multi-sheet electrical schematics and integrating PCB layouts within building projects
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for managing multi-document sets
- Advanced English communication skills
- Background collaborating on remote, cross-functional projects (plus)
