Architect CAD & Construction Documentation - Remote

Role Overview

Contract, Remote: Create and manage architectural, engineering, and manufacturing documentation across CAD drawings, schematics, and PCB-related deliverables.

Scope of Work

• Create detailed floor plans and elevation sets based on project requirements.
• Produce comprehensive CAD drawings for architectural and engineering purposes.
• Generate accurate GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) callouts for manufacturing documentation.
• Produce and annotate multi-sheet electrical schematics to industry standards.
• Design and review PCB layouts, applying best practices for manufacturability and functionality.
• Collaborate via exchanges to clarify requirements and resolve technical questions.
• Deliver complete documentation packages aligned with project milestones and quality expectations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of recent experience in architectural CAD and construction documentation.
• Proficiency with industry-standard 2D/3D CAD tools.
• Ability to generate and interpret GD&T callouts and complex schematic diagrams.
• Experience developing multi-sheet electrical schematics.
• Ability to integrate PCB layouts within building project documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and organization for multi-document sets.
• Advanced English communication skills.
