Role Overview

Architect (AutoCAD) — remote hourly contract position with 10–40 hours/week. You’ll create and refine technical AutoCAD drawings, collaborate with teams to meet requirements, and ensure documentation quality across projects.

Responsibilities

• Create, modify, and optimize detailed AutoCAD drawings across various projects
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to understand requirements and deliver precise documentation
• Interpret architectural/engineering inputs to produce accurate CAD outputs
• Maintain version control and adhere to project standards and quality benchmarks
• Identify and resolve design conflicts or discrepancies
• Participate in project reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Document processes and clearly communicate updates to stakeholders

Requirements

• Strong experience with AutoCAD and complex drafting projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality deliverables
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently
• Understanding of architectural and engineering terminology and standards
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Proactive problem-solving in technical environments
