About the role

Role Overview

Archer Developer (Remote) Solü Technology Partners is seeking an Archer Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise applications for complex business requirements. You’ll work as a key technical contributor across the organization, partnering with business units and technology teams to deliver enhancements, integrations, and new system implementations.

Responsibilities

Design, analyze, develop, and maintain applications supporting business operations and strategic initiatives
Act as a key technical contributor for application enhancements, integrations, and new implementations
Develop and maintain solutions in Archer platforms and Archer SaaS environments
Integrate Archer solutions with cloud services (Azure Functions)
Perform systems analysis to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Create technical specifications, system documentation, and design artifacts
Develop and review test plans, including debugging and troubleshooting
Collaborate across the software development lifecycle, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Coordinate development tasks and provide technical guidance to less experienced team members
Ensure seamless integration and performance by evaluating interactions between systems and platforms
Support operational effectiveness via monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement
Recommend improvements to technologies/processes for efficiency and reliability
Participate in project planning (estimation, timelines, technical deliverables)
Ensure adherence to development standards, risk management practices, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

Associate’s degree + 5+ years systems analysis or application development (or 7+ years combined education/experience, including 5+ years application development)
5+ years Archer development experience
5+ years experience with Archer SaaS environments
Experience developing and/or integrating solutions using Azure Functions
Experience designing and implementing solutions in enterprise environments
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience coordinating development efforts between application teams and business units

Nice to Have

Advanced knowledge of applications/platforms in financial services or banking environments
