Application Product Manager - AI System Transformations

Role overview

The Application Product Manager - AI System Transformations role is a hybrid between a product manager and an engineer. You’ll work end-to-end: start by understanding a customer’s system transformation pain point, then design and build the solution together with the team—without handing it off.

You’ll operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where shipping quickly matters more than perfect process, and the line between product design and product building is intentionally blurred.

What you’ll do

• Build and ship flexible, purpose-built solutions across the enterprise modernization journey.
• Compose Celonis Process Intelligence platform capabilities into coherent, deployable applications.
• Work hands-on with frontier AI development tools that integrate with the Celonis platform to build, enrich, and deploy solutions faster.
• Cycle through customer discovery → prototyping → production, then iterate with end users.
• Own product development from ideation to development to scaling across Celonis customers.
• Partner with platform product managers, engineers, and partners to shape the underlying capabilities your solutions depend on.
• Collaborate with GTM, UX, and customers to ensure adoption and scalability across the customer base.

Team context

You’ll join Celonis Business Apps IT, focused on composable AI solutions for System Transformations (e.g., SAP ECC → S/4 migrations, new software introductions, and system landscape consolidation).
