About the role
Role Overview
Application Product Manager – Accounts Payable in the Celonis Finance team. You’ll interface between customers, Go-To-Market, and Product/Engineering to shape and scale Celonis Business Apps for Finance processes—specifically Accounts Payable.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with customers to understand Accounts Payable pain points in Finance.
- Participate across the product development lifecycle: ideation → development → scaling across Celonis customers.
- Use the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform hands-on to develop innovative solutions for Accounts Payable.
- Collaborate with platform product managers and engineers to guide and influence feature development.
- Partner with the UX team to define and shape the user experience.
- Act as an interface connecting customers, Go-To-Market, and Product & Engineering teams.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years experience in Solution Engineering, Implementation Consulting, Business Analytics, Operations Research, or comparable roles.
- Strong data analysis skills and experience with SQL, PQL, and Python.
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems, including Accounts Payable modules.
- Project management experience with strong planning and organization.
- Creative, solution-oriented problem solving; self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and willingness to work closely with customers and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Very good English (German is a plus).

- German language proficiency.
