Role overview

Early-career Application Developer role for small, collaborative project teams building and enhancing back-office internal business applications for a corporate customer. You’ll work closely with senior developers and project leads in an Agile environment and contribute to real production systems.

Responsibilities

Assist with design, development, testing, and maintenance of internal business applications.
Learn and contribute to existing codebases by delivering incremental features and improvements.
Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and team discussions.
Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and help with bug fixes.
Collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
Follow SDLC practices and coding standards.
Produce basic documentation, reports, and test results.

Requirements

0–3 years of software/application development experience.
Foundational knowledge of one or more programming languages, such as JavaScript, Java, Python, or C#.
Understanding of web technologies including HTML/CSS and basic scripting.
Ability to work effectively in small teams and communicate clearly with technical peers.
U.S. citizen and must reside in the Continental United States for remote work eligibility.

Preferred qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum.
Exposure to databases (SQL or NoSQL) and API-driven development.
Interest in learning modern frameworks, cloud services, or automation tools.
