Role Overview

Build a fully remote front-end staff portal using Softr, integrated with monday.com forms and boards. This is a single assignment with the possibility of future work.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop a staff-facing portal using Softr.
• Integrate the portal with monday.com forms and boards to enable efficient data flow.
• Collaborate to understand requirements, iterate on designs, and refine the user experience.
• Ensure the portal is intuitive, visually appealing, and usability-optimized.
• Provide documentation and support for the delivered solution.

Requirements

• Proven experience with Softr and application development.
• Strong UI/UX design background with a portfolio of relevant projects.
• Familiarity with monday.com integrations and workflow automation.
• Effective remote communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented, focused on delivering high-quality, user-centric solutions.

• Prior experience building internal portals or staff workflow applications.
